Sizzle Stack Burger may already be a familiar name to Sin City residents and its visitors. The brand started as a pop-up, most notably and most recently outside of Chewy Boba on Maryland Parkway for a car meet and boba/burger pop-up. Now, one of the newest additions to the Las Vegas burger scene is building a restaurant that is set to open at 3585 S Fort Apache Rd Ste. 204, this year.
Construction is currently underway, and the owners have been documenting the build-up on their social media pages. With how far along construction is and depending on how permitting is going, Sizzle Stack Burger should be open before summer.
At the helm of the new eatery is Bejorn Morton, whose number was listed on the Clark County business license. What Now Las Vegas attempted to reach out to Morton, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
Despite the brand just getting started, it has already begun to drum up a small, excited fan base.
“We just want to take a moment to thank everyone who came out to support our burger pop-up! Seeing people enjoy our burgers made all the hard work worth it,” a recent post from the brand’s Instagram page reads.
“To our amazing team, friends, family, and every single guest who showed up—we appreciate you more than you know. Events like this remind us why it was all worth it. Stay tuned for what’s next, because this is just the beginning!”
Shortly after that post, Sizzle Stack Burger began building out the new restaurant that is set to hit Spring Valley in the Apache Center this year. With it comes freshly made burgers, the bedrock of the brand’s menu.
“All our burgers start with 100% fresh beef, trimmed with precision, and ground to perfection,” the Sizzle Stack Burger Instagram page reads.
While there’s no word just yet as to what else will be on the menu, we’re sure Sizzle Stack Burgers will post an update on its social media pages as we inch closer to opening. So keep your eyes locked on their pages and your ears perked for the latest.
