Yu By Sijie is bringing something hot and authentic to the Las Vegas Valley. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new Chinese-fusion eatery is expected to open in Summerlin inside Tivoli Village at 400 S Rampart Blvd 190.

What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Xiu Jie An of Mai Gu Summer LLC, who was listed on the permit. Jie An confirmed that Yu By Sijie would open in the Summerlin mixed-use shopping center this summer, but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

Yu by Sijie is the sister restaurant to the popular Chinatown brand Special Noodle, according to the Review-Journal

“Special Noodle is a casual Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas Chinatown on Spring Mountain Road,” the Special Noodle website reads.

“Although the name says “Special Noodle,” the menu reaches well beyond noodles and includes handmade baos and dumplings, claypot and stone pot dishes, wok-fried plates, soups, cold dishes, fried rice, and Chinese street-food snacks. Many of the most popular items, including Steamed Soup Dumplings, Pork Soup Pan Fried Buns and Beef Wrap, are made to order in the kitchen rather than pre-prepared.”

While there is no website or social media presence for the new Yu by Sijie eatery just yet, making it hard to say what exactly the new Chinese-fusion restaurant will offer, we suspect that Yu by Sijie will have similar menu items to its sister brand.

Keep your eyes and ears open for the latest on this exciting new development coming to the Tivoli Village. We suspect more information will be revealed as we inch closer towards opening.

Yu by Sijie is anticipated to open inside Tivoli Village at 400 S Rampart Blvd 190 by this summer.

(This is a developing story. As more information is made available, we will update this article. Stay tuned!)
