A Memphis area food truck is pulling up to its next great adventure. The team behind the A Forkful Food Truck and Catering has filed papers to open A Forkful Restaurant and Catering, providing the concept with a brick-and-mortar space where it can greet and feed customers.
A Forkful will be serving up delicious meals at 2650 Thousand Oaks Boulevard. A certificate of occupancy currently under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development offers a simple but succinct description of what’s to come: “Small restaurant opening in an existing restaurant space.” The eatery will have a dedicated 1,622 square feet in which to greet and serve guests.
A Forkful comes from esteemed chef Christopher Yates. There is very little information presently available about the restaurant beyond the apron behind the concept. It is unclear how-if at all-the brick-and-mortar’s menu will deviate from the catering and food truck offerings, however Chef Yates’s many years of culinary experience ensure that A Forkful is on track to become a local favorite.
