One of the Memphis area’s top SUV specialists appears to be making moves towards a new location. Lunes Off-Road has papers under review for a Millington storefront to house its various parts and services.

Lunes currently has a certificate of occupancy under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for 7265 US-51 in Millington. The submitted application shows that the storefront will provide the concept with a roomy 10,876 square feet.

Lunes has won over area drivers through its commitment to providing what is needed without pushing an upsell. The company website states: “Our shop specializes in suspension lift kits, leveling kits, regears, axle overhauls, steering, alignment, drivetrain repairs, wheels and tires, bumpers, lighting, engine work, and complete off-road builds. From mild daily drivers to fully built trail rigs, we focus on work that holds up both on the road and off of it. We don’t believe in cutting corners, pushing gimmicks, or selling customers things they don’t need. We believe in doing the job right, communicating honestly, and building vehicles we’d trust ourselves.”

It is not yet clear when Lunes will be opening its new location; the certificate of occupancy is listed as “under review” as of August 20.
