Ember & Vine, from P Hospitality Management, will officially open on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Sawgrass Center. The restaurant will be a sophisticated yet inviting neighborhood eatery, offering breakfast and dinner, followed by lunch and happy hour later this month.
Ember & Vine Arrives in Coral Springs

Ember & Vine will be located inside Sawgrass Center at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs. P Hospitality Management co-owners Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli developed the concept as an all-day restaurant. They are focused on providing high-end dining options with a laid-back neighborhood feel.
Ember & Vine will be P Hospitality Management’s 3rd restaurant opening in Broward County. The restaurant is expected to create nearly 75 jobs. According to the company, the concept centers on the philosophy of being “intentional where we can be, indulgent where we should be.”
House-made dishes, seasonal ingredients, and shareable plates are the keys to the menu, suitable for breakfast meetings or evening meals with family and friends.
The restaurant will open its doors for breakfast every day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and for dinner every Sunday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant will stay open until 10 p.m. Happy Hour will begin August 14 and daily lunch service will start August 26.

Inside the New Restaurant

Ember & Vine was designed for a range of dining occasions. It has a modern interior with updated finishes, enlarged dining spaces, a full-service bar and flexible seating to accommodate business lunches, family dinners, private events and casual gatherings.
The restaurant is also introducing several opening-week promotions. Guests visiting between Aug. 3 and Aug. 9 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. will receive a complimentary house cold brew or drip coffee.
The coffee program features beans roasted locally by 360F Roasters, a Coral Springs-based roastery. The new opening is also another milestone in the growth of P Hospitality Management, with Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian opening in 2025, followed by Dear Olivia later that year.
The hospitality group also operates Corvina Seafood & Grill, Prezzo Boca Raton, and Amante’s in Deerfield Beach. The company also plans to open Eddie & Vinny’s Palm Beach Gardens in fall 2026.
What’s on the Menu

Ember & Vine will offer breakfast and dinner options, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and globally influenced flavors.
Breakfast offerings include Matcha Overnight Oats, Garden Breakfast Wrap with roasted vegetables and potatoes, and a P.E.C. made with porchetta, eggs, cheese, and Calabrian chili tomato jam on a brioche bun.
For dinners, patrons can have Christina’s Crudité, Tuna Bombs with avocado and sesame, Hearth Bread, Miso Black Cod, and Beef Short Ribs served with scallion pancakes.
Dessert selection is created by Pastry Chef Miranda Whitaker. It includes Mini Carrot Bundt Cakes, Matcha Tea’Rimisu, a reimagined Baked Alaska, and Butter Cake Pop. The beverage program includes a comprehensive wine list, draft beers, and special cocktails.
Ember & Vine joins the other dining options available in Broward County, as part of P Hospitality Management’s continued growth.
