The global SoHo House brand will be opening a beach house and workspace in Miami at 105–107 NE 25th Street in the building of a former printing press, called Windward Publishing. The beach house location will be called Miami Beach House.
SoHo House has held events like empowerment yoga, a paracord planter workshop with local artists, gua sha masterclasses and film nights, according to their Instagram page. SoHo House is geared towards young professionals and creatives, but people of any age are welcome to apply for membership. To become a member of SoHo House, visit this link. A membership with SoHo House guarantees their members entrance at any of their locations around the world.
According to their Facebook, “Soho House now includes 32 Houses around the world, with more openings in Europe, Asia, and North America on the horizon.” Miami Beach House will feature a pool, terrace restaurant, club space and a cottage bar. At their current Miami location, members have access to the restaurant called Mandolin Aegean Bistro.
Miami Beach House is expected to open in late 2022 but there is currently no specific opening date, according to the area general manager Philip Spee. An online lease has been filed and Spee confirmed that the location is under construction.
