Located across US-1 from Jupiter’s Ocean City Park, the Bluffs Square Shoppes appear to be the future home of a new poke restaurant. Plan review documents submitted by Lahaina Poke Co. LLC show the new restaurant, called Lahaina Poke Co., opening at 4300 S. U.S. Highway 1.

That address would place this upcoming poke spot right across from the park.

Opening there, Lahaina Poke Co. would be joining an already developed food and drink community at the Bluffs Square Shoppes. Anchored by a Publix Super Market, Bluffs Square is home to restaurants like 16 Handles, TooJay’s Deli, Uncle Eddie’s Ristorante, and Sunset Slush Jupiter.

Behind Lahaina Poke Co. LLC is owner Rick Sterl. What Now reached out to Sterl on Monday to inquire about plans for the Lahaina Poke Co. opening. Sterl was not immediately available for comment.

This leaves us guessing for the moment about Lahaina Poke Co.’s anticipated opening date and menu offerings. But stay tuned for possible updates as more details are revealed about the upcoming restaurant.
