The family behind Joseph’s Classic Market is branching out with Parma Palm Beach, an Italian-inspired café expected to open in West Palm Beach’s SoSo neighborhood, located at 7170 S. Dixie Highway. According to the website, Parma is expected to open fall 2026, although an exact opening date has not been announced.
The concept is led by Joseph J. Acierno, eldest son of Joseph’s Classic Market founder Joseph Acierno. The younger Acierno has spent 15 years working in the family business but is developing Parma as a separate concept with its own identity. Joseph’s Classic Market was founded in 2005 and operates markets in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach.
According to an Instagram post, the menu will center on sandwiches, chopped chicken wraps, salads, pastries, smoothies and coffee. Focaccia will be made in-house, while local businesses will also play a role: Bread by Johnny will supply sourdough hoagies, Lingonberry Café will provide pastries and Floridian Coffee Roasters is creating an Italian-style roast for the café.
Parma will occupy a freestanding building and feature indoor seating along with a pickup window designed to accommodate takeout and delivery orders.
