A new restaurant concept is preparing to enter Knoxville’s dining scene. Griddle Gourmet, a Modern Indian Bistro & Bar led by co-owners Chintan Kundaliya and Raxit Patel, is gearing up to open at 1403 Bexhill Drive.
The restaurant has begun teasing its arrival on social media, describing the upcoming venture as a destination for bold flavors, handcrafted drinks, and a contemporary dining experience. Instagram previews highlight menu items such as Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka Masala, Hakka Noodles, and tandoori specialties, suggesting a blend of traditional Indian cuisine and modern presentation.
In addition to its food offerings, Griddle Gourmet plans to feature a cocktail program and late-night atmosphere designed to create a social dining destination for Knoxville residents.
