Starbucks has acquired a building permit for a new location along West Main Street between a Dollar Tree and a Dairy Queen, according to The Tennessean.

This Starbucks location is not the first to come to Lebanon. Starbucks already has two locations in the Lebanon area: one on S Cumberland Street and one on West Main Street.

The Seattle-based coffee chain continues to spread extensively across the country and around the world. The corporate-owned chain now has more than 38,000 locations worldwide, with expectations to reach 45,000 stores by the end of 2025 and 55,000 by 2030.

It is known for its consistent menu across all locations, which features handcrafted coffee and tea beverages and pastry items.

Starbucks has not released further information on the construction plans for the new build, and it has yet to release an expected timeline or opening date.

What Now Nashville has reached out to representatives of Starbucks for more information on their plans and timeline but has yet to receive a response. Stay tuned for updates on this upcoming location.
