The Bunker, a new indoor golf club, is coming to 4527 Market Bell Way, Building C, in Belltown, Knoxville, Tennessee. The business is currently under construction, according to a September 22 Instagram post from local realtor Colten Dunn, who shared a look at the upcoming space and described it as a golf simulator business joining the Belltown community.
The Bunker’s website currently lists the location as “Open Soon” and describes the concept as an indoor golf experience built around three premium simulator bays. Customers will be able to book bays by the hour, while members will have access to the facility around the clock. The space is designed for practice, casual rounds, leagues, lessons, and social gatherings.
Golfers will use Red Stakes Golf simulator technology, which provides club and ball data while allowing players to virtually play courses and compete. The Bunker says its technology includes dual-camera tracking, real-time shot data, shot-shape tracking, practice ranges, putting modes, online tournaments, and head-to-head competition. The system also includes 10 courses without requiring an additional subscription.
Beyond simulator play, The Bunker is positioning the venue as a clubhouse-style gathering spot. Its website says the concept will offer leagues, private lessons, corporate events, and group outings, with food and drinks from Abridge available at the club.
Memberships are already being promoted ahead of the opening. The Bunker’s founding options include 24/7/365 access, advance booking, guest privileges, league and tournament access, and designated simulator hours, depending on the membership selected. The company states that monthly billing and membership access will begin once the facility opens.
With its Belltown location, The Bunker will bring an indoor option for golfers looking to practice, play virtual courses, compete, or gather with friends regardless of weather or time of day.
