Chef Melba Wilson Brings Harlem’s Comfort Food to Grand Central Terminal

The new location joins a growing portfolio of Melba’s restaurants across New York

Chef Melba Wilson, known for her acclaimed Harlem-based restaurant, Melba’s, has officially opened Melba’s Grand Central in the Dining Concourse of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal as of Tuesday, February 4th. The new 500 square-feet take-out eatery brings Wilson’s classic Southern comfort food, such as Melba’s Signature Chicken & Eggnog Waffles and Low Country Collard Greens, to Midtown, offering locals, commuters and tourists a taste of Harlem’s culinary soul.

The new location joins a growing portfolio of Melba’s restaurants across New York, including Melba’s at Wollman Rink and Melba’s at The Prudential Center, continuing Wilson’s commitment to providing exceptional food and hospitality.

Melba’s Grand Central is located in the Dining Concourse in the lower level of Grand Central Terminal and open Monday – Saturday from 11 am – 9 pm and Sunday from 11 am – 6 pm.
