3CLogic, Inc. has commenced bankruptcy proceedings. The Rockville, Maryland-based company provides AI-supported cloud contact center and customer service solutions.
Case records show that the filing comes after the company was unable to repay a $15.14 million loan owed to RCF2, LLC. After the default, the lender took control of the company’s primary operating bank accounts, disrupting day-to-day operations.
3CLogic, Inc. Files for Chapter 11
The company submitted a voluntary petition to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland on July 9, 2026.
Case filings list a unanimous written consent of 3CLogic Inc.’s directors dated July 8, 2026. According to it, the company owed $15.14 million to lender RCF2, LLC under a loan agreement signed in 2021. The agreement was amended several times over the following years.
The loan was supported by nearly all of the company’s assets, including its equipment, inventory, accounts, and intellectual property. When the loan matured on July 1, 2026, the company was unable to repay it and defaulted.
PACER records show that after this situation, the company negotiated a potential sale to EVA Capital Partners and more time from RCF2, LLC. However, on July 7, 2026, the lender blocked access to the company’s Silicon Valley Bank operating account. The move created cash flow disruptions and delayed payments to vendors.
Based on these developments, the company’s board members decided to proceed with a Chapter 11 filing to protect the business while reorganizing its finances.
Case records add that the CEO, Denis Seynhaeve, is the authorized representative who signed the petition. Seynhaeve is also tasked with hiring legal and financial advisors along with opening debtor-in-possession (DIP) bank accounts. He could even continue talks with EVA Capital Partners and other potential buyers about a possible sale.
