Case details, as available on PACER, state that Partha Chakraborty is the authorized representative who signed the petition before it was submitted. Attorney Will Geer of Rountree, Leitman, Klein & Geer, LLC is the legal representative for Fortuna Stoneworks, LLC.

Company Faces More than $500,000 in Unsecured Claims

The petition lists between 50 and 99 creditors. Out of these, it listed around 20 creditors who made the largest unsecured claims and are not insiders.
