Kevin Joseph, the founder of Empire Oysters, is bringing a unique dining experience to the West Coast. Best of Laguna Beach announced his restaurant Ltle Fish is all set to open as part of a larger culinary venture, at 31715 Coast Hwy., right off the beach.

Ltle Fish will offer marine cuisine like seafood, specifically oysters, shellfish, and other ocean-based delicacies. It will serve lunch and dinner from 11 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Wednesday, and 11 AM to 5 PM Thursday through Saturday, according to the website

The space will also house Raw Lab and Urchin Coastal Coffee. These businesses will take over a renovated space that once held Thai by the Sea. As progress continues, the plan includes incorporating a vertical garden, a live-fire cooking station, and an oyster grill.

Joseph originally established Little Fish in Charleston, South Carolina, as part of RAW LAB. He is an expert in the seafood hospitality niche and the creator of New York Oyster Week. He did not return What Now OC’s requests for comment.
