Oceans & Earth, the Yorba Linda restaurant known for its organic cuisine and gluten-free menu, is preparing to open a new location in Costa Mesa in 2027. The restaurant is planned for The MET, a reimagined office campus located at 535, 555, and 575 Anton Boulevard, according to the property’s website.
Founded by Chef Adam Navidi, Oceans & Earth has earned recognition for its commitment to sustainability and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant was voted the Best Dedicated Gluten-Free Restaurant in the Nation and draws inspiration from Navidi’s passion for surfing, snowboarding, and environmental stewardship. The chef also operates Future Foods Farms, an aquaponic farm that supplies produce to the restaurant and supports educational partnerships with local institutions.
Chef Adam Navidi’s passion for sustainable agriculture was shaped early by his family’s love of organic gardening and farming. Navidi embraced the philosophy that great cooking begins with understanding where ingredients come from and, rather than focusing solely on culinary techniques, he dedicated himself to mastering the science of growing nutrient-rich produce, a philosophy that continues to define Oceans & Earth’s farm-to-table approach.
The upcoming Costa Mesa outpost will join a growing list of amenities at The MET, which is transforming into a mixed-use destination with restaurants, recreational facilities, and lifestyle offerings.
While details about the space and opening timeline remain limited, the 2027 debut will mark the restaurant’s first expansion beyond its first location, in Yorba Linda.
