Passionity, a locally owned steak and sushi restaurant, will soon debut in Apopka, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 2107 E Semoran Blvd, near eateries such as Keke’s Breakfast Cafe and Sonny’s BBQ.

What Now Orlando recently reached out to owner Hoang To who declared that they are currently undergoing inspections, but plan to be open “sometime in 2023.” Beyond that, Mr. To chose not to provide further information.

According to its website, Passionity will feature a varied menu with sushi options such as salmon, Philly, California, and tempura shrimp rolls, alongside pasta, steaks, and grilled chicken and seafood. The restaurant will also serve dessert, wine, sake, and a selection of beers, both domestic and international.

What Now Orlando will follow up on this story as soon as more information is readily available.
