This week, What Now examined a plan review that confirms the Neighborhood Kitchen will open at 1301 Winter Springs Blvd, joining businesses like Luna Nails & Spa, Scott Johnson’s Tumble & Gymnastic Academy, and Yellowfin Pool Creations.
