Picture the polished vibes of the St. Regis paired with European-inspired fare. Guests won’t have to travel far, as a new restaurant concept bringing the two together is coming to Hatboro.

Casa de Fehu, owned by husband-and-wife duo Anatoliy Shalamov and Anastasia De Roy, will debut at 482 Jacksonville Rd.

“The name ‘Casa’ means house, and ‘Fehu’ means prosperity. Prosperity starts around the table. The concept [is inspired by] having a place where people can gather, whether is family, friends, an anniversary, date night. I want people to enjoy and have a great time in a nice atmosphere,” Shalamov told Whatnow Philadelphia.

The menu is still a work in progress but will draw inspiration from European cuisine. One sneak peek Shalamov shared: gelato and cappuccinos will be featured on the dessert menu.

Casa de Fehu will not have a cocktail program but will operate as a BYOB. The restaurant will offer a mocktail menu designed to pair with the food, allowing guests to add their own alcohol to the drinks.

Shalamov looks forward to bringing something new to Hatboro.

An official opening date has not yet been announced, but the team is targeting a debut by the end of November.

“I want to make sure that when we do open it;s at the level that makes people not just want to come in once, but they want to come in multiple times and continue having that great experience. Hospitality is the most important thing,”
