A new modern neighborhood kitchen and bar is coming soon to Philadelphia.
Chef Rey Tamaka brings more than 15 years of restaurant industry experience, including six years at a popular brunch restaurant in Old City, to his new venture, Eggcetera Haus. The Queen Village restaurant is backed by an investment group led by Welliam Tan and partners.
“From your first morning coffee & brunch to relaxed dinners and evening cocktails, Eggcetera is almost ready to welcome you. A place to gather, unwind, and enjoy good food with the people you love,” an Instagram post read.
The space aims to offer more than just a restaurant, creating a full experience with a warm, timeless interior.
An official opening date has not yet been announced. Once open, Eggcetera Haus will operate from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. before reopening from 4 p.m. to 10 or 11 p.m., depending on the day.
