A growing coffee chain is preparing to pour piping hot cups for thirsty Manalapan java enthusiasts. Gregorys Coffee is bringing its signature beans and speedy service to the neighborhood next year.

The concept will be opening its Manalapan Township location at 360 US-9. The storefront will feature a drive-thru for busy customers on the move. While a precise opening date is not currently available for Gregorys, the website states that future regulars can look forward to sipping superior coffee in mid-2025.

Gregorys has experienced considerable growth since pouring its first cup in New York in 2006. Propelled by beans freshly roasted in Long Island and delicious pastries, the chain has expanded to include around 38 locations across the country.

The eatery’s menu contains all the classics coffee fans have come to expect, from hot favorites like Americano and cappuccino, to cold brew and iced tea. Additionally, guests can choose from innovative originals like the Purple Rain or the Biscotti Testarosa. Hungry visitors can look forward to sampling a range of pastries or may opt for a savory breakfast sandwich or burrito.
