Honeygrow is continuing its efforts to make a powerful mark on the New Jersey restaurant scene. The fast-casual stir-fry chain will be opening a new location in Old Bridge in 2024, reports local media outlet NJ.com.
Honeygrow has signed a lease to open in the developing Glenwood Green Shopping Center, poised to open at Route 9 and Schulmeister Roads. The restaurant has yet to announce an exact opening date, but anticipates welcoming guests by spring of 2024.
The Glenwood Green Shopping Center, currently under construction, is expected to be a major commercial presence, covering 30 acres and comprised of powerful shopping draws like Target and ShopRite. Glenwood Green’s strategic location and included shops makes the Old Bridge location potentially incredibly lucrative for Honeygrow.
Honeygrow CEO Justin Rosenberg states “The Glenwood Green location is a natural next step for honeygrow to strengthen our brand presence throughout New Jersey and bridge the gap between existing honeygrow restaurants in the Northeast corridor. We are thrilled to introduce honeygrow to Old Bridge and to continue to exceed our guests’ expectations in providing craveable, creative and healthy meal options.”
Honeygrow currently has five New Jersey locations, including restaurants in Cherry Hill, Marlton, Hoboken, New Brunswick, and Hamilton. In addition to the Old Bridge eatery, Honeygrow anticipates opening a Toms River store in 2024.
Honeygrow offers guests a range of fresh, made-to-order stir-fry options. The restaurant features an array of dishes created by the eatery or allows visitors the option of cobbling together their own meal, selecting from a variety of proteins, sauces, and mix-ins.
