A fast-casual Middle Eastern restaurant is growing its presence across the greater Philadelphia area.
NAYA plans to debut at the redeveloped Barn Plaza shopping center at 1745 S. Easton Rd., according to Patch.
Phase I wrapped up in the third quarter of 2025, bringing Bucks County its first Whole Foods Market, a new Barnes & Noble, First Watch, Chipotle and The Juice Pod. Brixmor Property Group is now advancing Phase II, which will replace the former Regal Cinema with three multi-tenant buildings spanning 46,000 square feet.
Joining NAYA at the shopping center will be Burton’s Grill & Bar, Shake Shack, Just Salad, Starbucks and Sephora.
NAYA serves Middle Eastern–inspired bowls, wraps, and salads in a build-your-own format. Diners choose a base such as vermicelli rice, brown rice and lentils, romaine, seasonal greens, or pita, then pick a protein, including chicken or beef shawarma, chicken or lamb kebabs, falafel, or roasted cauliflower. They top meals with unlimited sauces and vegetables, from hummus and baba ghanouj to pickled vegetables and garlic whip.
The menu accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal diets, highlighting traditional flavors in customizable, made-to-order meals.
NAYA began as NAYA Mezze and Grill, a full-service restaurant in New York City, when Hady Kfoury founded it in 2008. Raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Kfoury spent summers visiting his aunt in Midtown East and missed the authentic Lebanese flavors of home. He created NAYA to introduce those traditional dishes to the United States.
As the location gained popularity, he developed a fast-casual concept delivering the same bold, authentic flavors.
NAYA now operates over 50 locations across New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The new location will expand the brand’s presence, joining existing outposts in Conshohocken and Bala Cynwyd.
An official opening date has not yet been announced. Visit the NAYA website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates.
