A salad shop is tossing more greens into the Greater Philadelphia area with another new location coming soon.

Just Salad plans to debut at the redeveloped Barn Plaza shopping center at 1745 S. Easton Rd., according to Patch.

Phase I of the project wrapped up in the third quarter of 2025, bringing Bucks County its first Whole Foods Market, a new Barnes & Noble, First Watch, Chipotle and The Juice Pod. Brixmor Property Group is now advancing Phase II, which will replace the former Regal Cinema with three multi-tenant buildings spanning 46,000 square feet.

Joining Just Salad at the shopping center will be Burton’s Grill & Bar, Shake Shack, Starbucks and Sephora.

Despite its name, Just Salad serves more than salads, with a menu featuring wraps, bowls, soups and smoothies made with freshly prepped produce, housemade dressings and high-quality proteins.

Guests can build their own meals or choose from signature offerings, including the Thai Chicken Crunch salad, Honey Crisp Chicken wrap and Cilantro Lime Chicken bowl.

The brand has also tapped into pop culture through past partnerships with Dancing With the Stars pro Emma Slater and New York City influencers Halley Kate Williams and Jaz Smith.

Founded by Nick Kenner in Manhattan in 2006, Just Salad has grown from a single location into a brand with more than 100 outposts across nine states.

In Pennsylvania, Just Salad operates two Philadelphia locations in University City and Center City, along with outposts in Ardmore, King of Prussia and Willow Grove Pointe. The Doylestown location will add to the shop’s growing footprint.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. Visit the Just Salad website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates.
