A mysterious new coffee shop is making its way to Bethlehem township. Local media outlet WFMZ reports that Posh Properties has plans for a cafe at the intersection of Stefko Boulevard and Easton Avenue.

Posh Properties is still awaiting city approval for the establishment. The 2,500 square foot site was initially intended for a Starbucks. However, the plans for that celebrated chain were dropped.

Posh Properties proposed the rejected Starbucks site, and is now spearheading the as-yet unnamed drive-thru coffee shop. Bohler Engineering is working on the plans for the cafe.

If approved, the coffee shop will inhabit a strip mall located on Easton Avenue. The cafe will share space with a Giant grocery store, a CVS drugstore, Advance Auto Parts, Big Woody’s Sports Bar, and Bright Light Learning Center.

The proposal was slated for discussion at the July 13 Bethlehem City Planning Commission meeting.
