Lambertville pizza lovers, your wandering days are nearly over. Nomad Pizza-already a New Jersey favorite-is opening a new location in the neighborhood later this year, reports local media outlet New Jersey 101.5.

The 2 Canal Street restaurant will be Nomad’s third location. The pizzeria is taking over the spot that previously housed Local Greek. Nomad ownership has not announced an opening date for its newest home, however the eatery hopes to be greeting guests this summer.

Garden State diners in Hopewell and Princeton already know that Nomad pizza is not to be missed; the concept has shops in both neighborhoods. The eatery is more than just hot and delicious pies; Nomad strives to be as green a company as possible. In addition to sourcing ingredients from local and organic farmers, the pizzeria uses biodegradable tableware.

The Nomad menu features an impressive array of pizzas, including beloved classics like the margherita alongside more unusual creations like the gorgonzola and pear pie. The restaurant has a selection of salads available for diners not in the pizza mood.
