Lehigh Valley chicken fanatics will be welcoming a beloved fast-casual chain into their hearts and stomachs later this year. Busy hospitality group Talon Restaurants LLC are opening a new Bethlehem location this fall, reports local media outlet WFMZ.
The eatery, which specializes in made-to-order chicken interpreted in a variety of ways, will be moving into 602-614 East Third Street in the newly constructed Six 10 Flats building. Talon Restaurants LLC president and CEO Mike Axiotis confirms that the new Wingstop is set to open mid-September.
Wingstop is Six 10 Flats’ inaugural tenant; the mixed-use construction still has ground-floor space available for retail or restaurant usage.
Talon Restaurants has had a busy few years. The franchisee has opened 10 Wingstops since 2022, however the restaurant group has no intentions of slowing down. Talon is signed on to open 20 more locations across central, eastern, and northeast Pennsylvania in the next four years, which it is undertaking with great enthusiasm. Axiotis states: “We’re really happy with the growth.”
