A beauty retailer is bringing a touch of glam to Doylestown.

Sephora, part of global luxury goods group LVMH, will open its latest location at the redeveloped Barn Plaza shopping center at 1745 S. Easton Rd.

Phase I of the project wrapped up in the third quarter of 2025, introducing Bucks County’s first Whole Foods Market, a new Barnes & Noble, First Watch, Chipotle and The Juice Pod. Brixmor Property Group is now moving forward with Phase II.

“After the success of Phase I, Phase II allows us to reimagine an underutilized site and turn it into a vibrant mix of best‑in‑class retailers. We’re unlocking the full potential of Barn Plaza and setting the stage for long‑term growth,” VP of redevelopment William Greimel said in a statement.

Phase II will replace the former Regal Cinema with three multi-tenant buildings totaling 46,000 square feet.

Joining Sephora at the shopping center will be Burtons Grill & Bar, Shake Shack, Just Salad, Starbucks and Naya.

The global beauty retailer offers cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances and beauty tools from brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Makeup by Mario, Summer Fridays, Laneige, K18, Sol de Janeiro and Lancôme.

The space will also offer Sephora’s beauty services and personalized product consultations from Sephora Beauty Advisors.

Dominique Mandonnaud founded Sephora in France in 1970, and the beauty retailer opened its first U.S. store in New York’s SoHo neighborhood in 1998. Today, Sephora operates more than 2,700 stores across 35 countries.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. Visit the Sephora website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates.
