A new restaurant opens in North Phoenix. The restaurant offers made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. To mark the opening, dine-in guests will receive unlimited coffee.
First Watch Opens in North Phoenix

First Watch has opened its newest location at 2949 West Agua Fria Freeway in North Phoenix. The restaurant operates daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
It is an award-winning breakfast chain that has more than 640 locations across 32 states. It is known for its chef-inspired breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings. First Watch is guided by its “Follow the Sun” culinary philosophy. It rotates the menu several times a year to feature the highest quality flavors at their peak.
To celebrate the opening, the new location will serve guests with unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with meals. The promotion runs June 8 through June 12 and is available for dine-in guests only. The Agua Fria restaurant will offer its first seasonal menu in Fall 2026.
Inside the Restaurant

The new location features a 7,700-square-foot dining space. It seats more than 190 guests and has an interior bar. The menu features items prepared with fresh ingredients that are popular choices.
The menu highlights include Avocado Toast, Farmhouse Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon. It also serves fresh juices made daily.
First Watch operates on a daytime-only model only. It emphasizes fresh preparations, and its kitchen does not use heat lamps, microwaves, or deep fryers. It is also involved in community giving programs and has donated about $2 million to charitable organizations.
The First Watch location adds another breakfast destination to North Phoenix.
