A longtime Phoenix dining destination is preparing for a new chapter.

Fà-me Café, the locally owned breakfast and lunch restaurant founded by Maria and Ivan O’Farrill, is expected to relocate later this year from its longtime home at 4700 N. Central Ave. to the 24th at Camelback office complex at 2375 E. Camelback Road in the city’s Biltmore neighborhood.

According to a recent report by the Phoenix Business Journal, the move is expected to take place during the fourth quarter of 2026. The restaurant will occupy a 3,600-square-foot ground-floor space at 24th at Camelback, replacing Scramble, which closed its location there in September 2025.

Over the years, Fà-me Café has become a familiar stop for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and coffee in central Phoenix, earning a loyal customer base along the way.

The café’s name comes from the word fame, which means “hungry” or “famished” in parts of Italy and northern Spain.

The restaurant draws on the founders’ complementary backgrounds. Ivan O’Farrill trained as a chef in Mexico, while Maria O’Farrill was introduced to hospitality from an early age while growing up in Spain.

The approach also extends to the restaurant’s sourcing practices. The restaurant continues to prioritize locally sourced ingredients from Arizona producers and artisan partners.

Located near office towers, hotels, shopping destinations, and residential neighborhoods, the Biltmore location will place Fà-me Café in one of the city’s busiest commercial districts while keeping the restaurant close to its longtime customer base.

The relocation will also place the restaurant among the growing mix of dining and hospitality concepts surrounding the prominent Camelback Road and 24th Street intersection, one of Phoenix’s most active commercial districts.

Additional details regarding the relocation and opening timeline are expected to be announced closer to the move.
