Anoche Cantina is coming soon to Tempe! The modern cantina and nightclub will take over the former El Hefe space at 640 S. Mill Ave. in downtown Tempe. Representatives for Anoche Cantina tell What Now Phoenix that they are aiming to open late this spring.
Meaning “last night” in Spanish, Anoche will have a food and beverage program of Latin-inspired dishes and craft cocktails split into “loco” and “classico” categories. They will also have an interactive build-your-own margarita bar that allows guests to sip the day away with a beverage made to their specifications.
When the sun sets, the cantina will transform into a party featuring best-in-class bottle service. The concept is one of two new Tempe-area restaurants brought to us by Ascend Hospitality Group (AHG), which is a collection of fine-dining and fast casual concepts throughout Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Utah.
AHG is a Black- and female-led independent restaurant group based in Bellevue, Washington. Co-founder Elaina Morris, who currently serves as president and CEO, proudly employs more than 500 people throughout the organization, investing wholly into team members and guests to uplift the communities they serve.
