Coach is preparing to open its first Tempe location at Tempe Marketplace, 2000 E. Rio Salado Pkwy. The 4,500-square-foot store is expected to open in late 2026, according to the Tempe Independent.

The store will be located between J.Crew and Lululemon. Coach is one of several retailers joining the shopping center, along with Tommy Hilfiger, KUIU, and Glo Tanning.

Founded in New York in 1941, Coach began as a luxury fashion brand known for its leather goods and has expanded to handbags, wallets, footwear, clothing, and accessories.

Coach currently operates 10 Arizona locations, including stores in Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson. The Tempe Marketplace store will become its 11th location in the state and its first in Tempe.

An exact opening date has not yet been announced. What Now Phoenix reached out to Couch, and this article may be updated as more information becomes available.
