A new Mexican eats on wheels concept will be opening a permanent location in Lebanon in the near future.
Alex’s Eats has taken to social media to announce they will be opening at 63 W Oak Street this summer. While there is no opening date as of yet, the owner Alejandro Naranjo is getting ready to introduce his business to the public. The business was previously called Alex’s Tacos, and Naranjo decided he wanted to rebrand.
“We’ll be opening very soon! Thanks so much for your support, stay tuned!” Says the description on their Facebook page.
The menu will be authentic Mexican dishes, with tacos and burritos currently being advertised. There is not a full menu released yet, but guests can expect various sauces to go along with the meals, beans, tomatoes, rice, as well as soft drinks.
The address was previously the site of Ning Thai Food Catering. The food truck will be near other restaurants including Dos Arbolitos Mexican restaurant, Hungry Solution and Sum Yan Chinese.
Maggie’s Super Clean LLC at 60 W Oak Street will be hosting the grand opening, the date has not been announced, but the business has been posting that it will be “happening soon.”
