Vibe Health Bar, currently occupying Ste 500 in Folsom’s Broadstone Marketplace, plans to relocate to a space approximately two miles away once its current lease expires. Owner Jeff Greco anticipates a smooth transition to the new location at 1004 Riley St., Suite 1, in December. Meanwhile, its previous space will be filled by Ginger Elizabeth Chocolate, as reported here.

Vibe Health Bar features an extensive menu of bowls, salads, toasts, wraps and sandwiches, smoothies and organic cold-pressed juices. The new space in the Walmart Center will allow Greco to expand offerings to include protein bowls and protein shakes.

“In order to make these changes at our current location we would have had to shut down for 4-6 months and completely remodel the space to expand the kitchen area,” Greco told the Business Journal. “We were lucky enough to find a space that was two miles away and already built out to suit our new requirements.”

In addition to Folsom, Vibe Health Bar also has locations in Oak Park and East Sacramento, according to its website.
