Joe & The Juice has confirmed it’s planning a second Sacramento-area location beyond its previously announced Arden-Arcade store, though the company isn’t yet saying where. Brand and Culture Director Sammy Einstein confirmed the additional store, while more details about the exact address are yet to be determined.
The brand was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2002 and has grown into a global chain with more than 500 stores across a mix of franchised and company-owned locations. Its menu centers on juices, smoothies and coffee drinks, along with food options like sandwiches, muffins and breakfast bowls.
The Sacramento Business Journal first reported the second-location news as part of its coverage of the chain’s broader local debut. Einstein said the company sees strong potential in the region, noting the area’s “strong sense of community and an exciting food and lifestyle scene” as a draw for the brand’s expansion.
With a second Sacramento-area store already confirmed and its first location moving toward a summer 2027 opening, the chain appears to be treating the region as more than a single test site, a sign it may be eyeing a broader foothold in the local market rather than a one-off expansion.
