KidsUnited, the youth soccer development program, has its sights on San Antonio for a future expansion. Franchise owners Frank and Brianna Cristofol told What Now San Antonio they have secured the rights to a location in the Stone Oak area.
KidsUnited serves children ages 18 months to 9 years old through a soccer-based curriculum developed jointly by a child psychologist and a soccer professional.
In a previous interview with What Now Austin, the franchisees shared their experience with the brand, pointing to their positive experience with their son, Benjamin, who is enrolled in the program. They said he has shown improvements beyond the soccer field, including in vocabulary and coordination, while also carrying habits such as cleaning up into his home life.
“It’s just second nature. They’re having fun and learning,” they told this outlet.
The Cristofols are currently preparing to open their first KidsUnited location in Georgetown at The Junction Corporate Park. The location is expected to open in November, pending permits.
The new location will eventually bring KidsUnited’s soccer-based programming to San Antonio, adding to the brand’s growing presence in Texas.
