A popular sandwich chain, known for its handcrafted sandwiches, has expanded in San Diego. The restaurant is located near the city’s waterfront and the USS Midway Museum.
Board & Brew Opens in San Diego’s Midway District
Board & Brew has opened its newest location in the Midway District, San Diego. It is located inside the new RaDD Building at 825 N Harbor Drive. It is operated by the Blacktop Restaurant Group.
The restaurant brings handcrafted sandwiches and its signature Secret Sauce to the new location. The menu also includes wraps, salads, and beverages. The menu items include the Turkado, Italian Sub, and Tom’s Choice sandwiches. It also brings hot grilled options and fresh salads along with 12 craft beers on draft.
“As a San Diego local, opening in the Midway District feels especially meaningful. Blacktop Restaurant Group is all about bringing the food we love into new, rad communities and sharing our passion with the world we grew up in,” says Clayton Wheeler, Co-Founder of Blacktop Restaurant Group.
Board & Brew has joined other businesses at the RaDD Building. This includes Philz Coffee, Javier’s, and Paradise Dynasty. Brands such as Rivian, Equinox, Lululemon, and The Shade Store are also expected to join the development.
Inside the New Restaurant
The new restaurant occupies 2,000-square-foot space. The space includes indoor seating, a patio, and outdoor bar seating. It also offers views of the Midway District and the USS Midway Museum. The new restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Board & Brew continues to grow its footprint in San Diego.
