According to a recently submitted permit application, a new concept Evolution: Books & Wine is readying to open in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Coming to 3248 22nd Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as the Filipino restaurant Alnico, the cafe Breakfast Little, and Latin American Club — a bar known for its “massive margaritas & kitschy decor” according to its Google Maps description.

What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Tyneisha Harris of Voices Uncorked LLC, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, drawing from the name of the upcoming spot, Mission District locals can likely look forward to a new wine bar with a thoughtful vino selection joining the neighborhood.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
