Davenport Grocery & Liquor is planning a store at 621 Morgan St. in Davenport, according to a liquor license application filed with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. 

The application lists Gurjot Bains and Navpreet Singh as applicants. Bains is the owner, while Singh is co-owner and operations manager.

The business is seeking licenses to sell packaged beer, wine, and spirits for off-premises consumption. The application does not include details on the store’s size, grocery selection, or operating hours.
