Solidcore, the growing fitness brand, is defined on its website as “a 50-minute high intensity, low impact, resistance training workout using slow and purposeful movements targeting the core, lower & upper body. Our class sizes are small, so you’ll get personalized attention during class! Be ready to sweat, shake, and come back wanting more!”
But in addition to a workout, it’s also a business: a growing network of fitness studios that now comprises more than 150 locations across the U.S.
And now, according to coverage by Tampa Bay Business & Wealth, Solidcore is expanding to its third studio in the Tampa Bay market. The new location is planned for Water Street Tampa, with the studio expected to launch at 912 E Cumberland Ave.
“Since entering the Tampa Bay market, we’ve seen incredible enthusiasm for the Solidcore experience and a growing demand for additional studio locations,” Josh Rainey, senior director of real estate and growth for Solidcore, said in the TBBW coverage. “Water Street Tampa was a natural choice for our next expansion. Its energy, walkability and active lifestyle setting made it an ideal fit for our members.”
Solidcore has a mission “to challenge you to seek your strongest self, through the world’s most transformative workout,” says the Solidcore website.
“Our never-ending mission in the world is to challenge our clients, our coaches, and our community, in order to help them seek their own strongest self. An ever-shifting goal post, we continuously work with you to find and push past that limit. We lay claim to being the most transformative workout, one that will change you and deliver results, not only physically, but mentally as well.”
