Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill, a casual dining restaurant known for steaks, ribs, burgers, and affordable pub-style meals, is getting ready to open a new location in Waterdown at 94 Dundas Street East.

The company’s new location is listed as coming soon on Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill’s website, although an exact opening date has not yet been announced. The Waterdown restaurant will be part of the brand’s continued expansion across Canada, with additional locations also listed as coming soon in communities including Shelburne, Ontario, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill operates under Obsidian Group Inc. and has continued growing its presence across Ontario and other provinces. The brand’s expansion includes locations in both smaller communities and larger markets, following a consistent casual dining model focused on familiar menu items and value-focused pricing.

The restaurant’s menu includes a wide range of options, including burgers, sandwiches, steaks, lobster, chicken dishes, ribs, salads, and appetizers. Popular items include Chuck’s Burger, steak and lobster combinations, BBQ back ribs, wings, and loaded appetizers. The restaurant also offers a children’s menu, desserts, and a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Founded in 2015, Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill has built its concept around affordable casual dining with locations throughout Canada. According to the company’s website, the restaurant focuses on butcher-selected steaks aged for a minimum of 28 days, along with a menu designed around everyday dining occasions.

This will be an excellent landing space for Chuck’s Roadhouse in Waterdown, as the new location will bring the brand’s established restaurant concept to another growing Ontario community. The opening joins several other planned locations as the company continues expanding its presence across Canada.
