Hotel à toi, a cocktail bar inspired by the atmosphere of boutique hotel lobby bars, is getting ready to reopen in Toronto at 214 King Street West following the rebrand of Coffee Oysters Champagne.

The company’s rebranded concept is scheduled to officially open on Wednesday, August 19, according to a public relations representative from Blue Door Agency. Formerly operating as Coffee Oysters Champagne, the venue will introduce a new name, updated interior, refreshed menu, and a new identity while remaining in its longtime Entertainment District location. Customers can expect handcrafted cocktails alongside elevated small plates designed for sharing.

Hotel à toi represents the next chapter for the business, drawing inspiration from the atmosphere, hospitality, and elegance of boutique hotel lobby bars. According to the company’s website, the concept is designed to capture the feeling of stepping away from the everyday, offering a space centered on conversation, cocktails, and shared dining. Reservations are now open ahead of the official reopening.

The redesigned space reflects the new concept with intimate seating areas and a hospitality-driven approach. The company describes Hotel à toi as “a hotel without rooms,” bringing together thoughtful service, crafted cocktails, and shareable dishes in a setting inspired by classic hotel lounges. Although the concept has changed, the business remains at its established King Street West address.

The new food and beverage program will focus on elevated small plates paired with a cocktail menu developed specifically for the rebrand. According to the company’s website, every element of the experience has been refreshed to reflect the venue’s new identity while maintaining its emphasis on hospitality and social dining.
