Founder and Owner Amanda Deguia started her catering company with the simple mission: to bring the focus and center back onto the quality of food. Together with Executive Chef Timothy Harris, Deguia’s catering company offers lessons, meal prep, menu development consultation, as well as catering and private chef services. According to the company’s Instagram, you can have fresh baked bread made especially for you (is there anything better?). As if that isn’t enough, now it appears the company is taking up residence in a more permanent location.
ASD Catering recently filed a permit application for 258 Third Ave in Chula Vista. The address belongs to the event center Factory of Dreams Hall, un nuevo concepto de elegancia. It appears a partnership is in the works. We were unable to reach Deguia at the time of publication, so you’ll want to follow the company’s social media for updates, or just to get that fresh load of bread.
