Ten-75 Brewing Company is the product of brothers Ryan and Jeff Talbert’s travels, personal interests, and family connections. According to San Diego Beer News, the pair got the idea to open their own ‘nano-brewery’ after traveling Europe, working internships at Michigan’s Saugatuck Brewing, and, of course, years of home-brewing.

The new brewery will open in the former Hebe Kombucha space at 1075 Linda Vista Drive and will be equipped for small-batch, 2 barrel creations. The small scale will give the brothers’ the flexibility and playfulness they like in brewing. The brewery will sit at the corner of Via Vera Cruz and Linda Vista, in Commerce Center Industrial Park.

San Diego Beer News reports the brewery will likely open next year with long beerhall-style tables and an inherited pinball machine.

We were unable to reach the owners at the time of publication, but the brewery’s website encourages you to check back in for updates.
