Some good news has come for the bubble tea-enthusiasts of SoCal: Tyler Lo has plans to open The 20 Boba Tea shop on Mission Gorge Road in Santee. Our lease intel suggests Lo signed a lease for Building D in the Santee Submarket this month.
The 20 Boba Tea will take over the 1,275 square foot retail space next month. The tea house will share the building with Jersey Mike’s Subs and Epic Wings.
