Get Plattered, which offers a variety of charcuterie boards and cones, has plans to move from its commercial kitchen to a new location near Colorado State University. Get Plattered began serving clients with contactless curbside pickup at 1800 E. Lincoln St. in Fort Collins back in October 2020.
Grazing platters, individual small platters, and charcuterie cones offer a variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, cured meats, and more to hungry guests. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
Each month, Get Plattered features a seasonal tray and a newsletter outlining a pairing guide with wine and beverage selections to brighten each bite.
There is no confirmation about the date of the new storefront’s grand opening, but lease intel shows it will be located at 514 S. College Ave., Ste. A, Fort Collins, CO, 80524. Get Plattered owner Mike Miller declined to give details about the expansion.
