Construction is underway along the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail for The Roycraft, a 42-unit condominium by Capital City Real Estate at 675 Drewry St. NE, a permit application filing this week shows.
Rising in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood, the development is offering one- through three-bedroom units currently ranging from the mid-$400,000s to about $1.1 million, according to a webpage for the development by Ansley Real Estate, the brokerage firm leading sales and marketing for The Roycraft.
Sales for the six-story project began in mid-July, with Capital City Real Estate touting the project’s luxury finishes and location.
“With Ponce City Market and Piedmont Park just steps away via the BeltLine, ‘The Roycraft’ is in the center of one of the most desirable areas in Atlanta,” the developer says on its website. “Units will have amazing unobstructed views of the Midtown and Downtown skylines, the BeltLine, and surrounding areas.
The project is located on what used to be Roy Street and takes design cues from craftsman-style architecture. Amenities include remote concierge services, bike storage, and a pet spa, according to a project landing page.
Delivery of The Roycraft is expected to occur next year.
Average looking building, nothing outstanding. However, 5 top corner balcony brackets do not take “design cues from craftsman-style architecture”. Who writes the developer’s ads?
