A new Starbucks could be built in Henderson. A permitting application shows construction would include building a new retail pad site at Sunset Rd. and Mountain Vista St.
The proposed 2,500-square-foot Starbucks would provide indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a drive-thru option. Operating hours would be from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for both the drive-thru and indoor service area. According to the permitting information, the new Starbucks would employ about 20 to 30 people.
Of course, Starbucks is known for its tea and coffee drinks—lattes, hot and iced coffee, Frappuccinos, and more. Starbucks offers breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold sandwich options for lunch, chips, pastries, and other desserts.
If approved, the new Starbucks would be located at 4500 E. Sunset Rd., Henderson, NV 89014. There’s no word on when the coffee shop would open to the public.
