Soi Thai Street Food is working on introducing a third location in San Diego’s Pacific Beach. A recent permit filing places the new fast-casual restaurant on Mission Boulevard in the heart of PB, in a space formerly occupied by SuperNatural Sandwiches.
Soi Thai Street Food opened its flagship space in North Park in 2017 and has since expanded with a spot in Ocean Beach. The restaurant previously operated a third restaurant in Rancho Bernardo, which closed in 2021.
Serving up authentic Thai street fare, Soi offers a mix of classic pan-fried noodles like Pad See Ew and Pad Thai, stir-fried rice plates, vegetarian curry dishes, starters like crispy fried pork belly, chicken wings, and seasonal options.
