The popular smash burger chain 7th Street Burger is planning to open up two new spots in Brooklyn. These will be the chain’s first Brooklyn locations.
Kevin Rezvani only debuted its flagship in the East Village just two years ago and already has 11 outposts across New York City and New Jersey. Its new Brooklyn outposts will be located at 400 Jay Street in Downtown Brooklyn and 17 Old Fulton Street in Dumbo. He is also looking to open in Williamsburg, however he has not signed a lease for a location yet. No opening dates have been announced.
The joint is known for its simple, no-frills burgers at surprisingly low prices. Its menu only offers a select few staples including a regular and double cheeseburger or impossible burger for its vegetarian and vegan customers, fries and chopped beef fries, as well as sides of ghost pepper and house sauces. Critics have said it rivals other popular fast-casual chains in terms of its simplicity and price.
